Million Dollar Spaghetti Casserole (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 1 jar spaghetti sauce
03 - 8 oz cream cheese
04 - ¼ cup sour cream
05 - ½ lb (1 cup) cottage cheese
06 - ½ cup (1 stick) butter
07 - 1 package (16 oz) spaghetti
08 - Grated cheddar cheese (to taste)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
02 - Boil the spaghetti noodles in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
03 - In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, and cottage cheese until well blended.
04 - Brown the ground beef in a skillet. Drain well and mix with the spaghetti sauce.
05 - Place a few slices of butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Add half of the cooked spaghetti noodles on top.
06 - Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the first layer of noodles.
07 - Place the remaining spaghetti noodles on top of the cheese mixture. Add a few more slices of butter on top.
08 - Pour the spaghetti sauce and ground beef mixture evenly over the noodles.
09 - Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes.
10 - Remove the casserole from the oven and sprinkle grated cheddar cheese on top. Return to the oven for another 15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.

01 - For best results, use freshly grated cheddar cheese for the topping.
