Million Dollar Ravioli Casserole (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb Italian sausage
02 - 1 (28-oz) jar spaghetti sauce
03 - 1 cup cottage cheese
04 - 1 (8-oz) package cream cheese, softened
05 - 1/4 cup sour cream
06 - 2 Tbsp parsley
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
09 - 1 (25-oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
10 - 2 cups mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.
02 - In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage and drain the fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and set aside.
03 - In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder. Add frozen ravioli and toss to coat.
04 - Spread the ravioli mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Pour the meat sauce over the ravioli and top with mozzarella cheese.
05 - Bake the casserole uncovered for 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.

# Notes:

01 - The casserole can be prepared in advance and refrigerated or frozen for later use.
02 - If baking straight from the refrigerator, additional time may be required.
03 - For frozen casseroles, let thaw completely and bake as directed.
