Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 9x13x2-inch baking pan with cooking spray. Set aside.

In a large skillet, brown the Italian sausage and drain the fat. Stir in the spaghetti sauce and set aside.

In a large bowl, combine cottage cheese, softened cream cheese, sour cream, parmesan cheese, parsley, and garlic powder. Add frozen ravioli and toss to coat.

Spread the ravioli mixture in the bottom of the prepared baking pan. Pour the meat sauce over the ravioli and top with mozzarella cheese.

Bake the casserole uncovered for 45 minutes. Allow to cool for 10-15 minutes before serving.
