Pound chicken breasts to approximately 1/2-inch thickness using a meat mallet.

Season both sides of the chicken with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Place one mozzarella stick (or 1/4 cup shredded) in the center of each chicken breast. Roll tightly around the cheese.

Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken roll, securing the ends with toothpicks.

Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken bombs for 2–3 minutes per side until bacon is crisped.

Transfer seared chicken to the prepared baking dish and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
