Melted Mozzarella Ranch Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
03 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
04 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
05 - Salt and pepper, to taste
06 - 4 mozzarella cheese sticks or 1 cup shredded mozzarella
07 - 8 slices of bacon
08 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
09 - 1/4 cup chopped parsley
10 - Toothpicks

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a baking dish.
02 - Pound chicken breasts to approximately 1/2-inch thickness using a meat mallet.
03 - Season both sides of the chicken with ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
04 - Place one mozzarella stick (or 1/4 cup shredded) in the center of each chicken breast. Roll tightly around the cheese.
05 - Wrap 2 slices of bacon around each chicken roll, securing the ends with toothpicks.
06 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken bombs for 2–3 minutes per side until bacon is crisped.
07 - Transfer seared chicken to the prepared baking dish and bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
08 - Let rest for 5 minutes, remove toothpicks, and garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
