Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
02 - 1/2 cup Caesar dressing, creamy style
03 - 1/2 cup sour cream
04 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
05 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
06 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
07 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

→ Topping

08 - 1 cup crushed buttery crackers, such as Ritz
09 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted
10 - Fresh chopped parsley, optional for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 190°C (375°F). Lightly grease a 23x33 cm (9x13-inch) baking dish.
02 - In a medium bowl, mix Caesar dressing, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper until smooth.
03 - Place the chicken breasts evenly in the prepared baking dish. Spoon the Caesar mixture over each chicken breast, spreading to coat completely.
04 - In a small bowl, mix the crushed crackers with melted butter. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over the chicken.
05 - Bake the chicken uncovered for 30–35 minutes or until the internal temperature of the chicken reaches 74°C (165°F) and the topping turns golden and bubbly.
06 - Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately. This pairs well with a side salad or roasted vegetables.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispness, broil for 1–2 minutes after baking, keeping a close eye to prevent burning.
02 - Ensure chicken is cooked thoroughly by checking the internal temperature with a meat thermometer.
