11 - 1/2 cup chicken broth
12 - 1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
13 - Sun-dried tomatoes
14 - 1 tablespoon white cooking wine
15 - 1/2 cup fresh shredded Parmesan or Italian cheese
16 - Salt
17 - Black pepper
18 - Italian herbs

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken thighs on both sides with onion powder, garlic powder, Cajun seasoning, pepper, paprika, and Italian herbs. Heat olive oil in a skillet and pan-sear the chicken thighs until golden brown on both sides. Transfer seared chicken to a separate pan.
02 - In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté minced garlic for about 3 minutes until fragrant. Add chicken broth, sun-dried tomatoes, and heavy whipping cream. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and Italian herbs, and allow it to simmer.
03 - Gradually add shredded Parmesan or Italian cheese to the sauce while stirring constantly until the cheese is melted and the sauce becomes smooth.
04 - Pour the prepared sauce over the seared chicken thighs. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 30-35 minutes.
05 - Serve the baked chicken and sauce over mashed potatoes for a complete meal.

# Notes:

01 - For a creamier sauce, avoid overheating the heavy cream after adding it to the skillet.
