Crispy Mango Habanero Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Mango Habanero Sauce

01 - 1 large mango, peeled, pit removed, diced
02 - 3 medium habanero peppers
03 - 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped
04 - 2 tablespoons white vinegar
05 - 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
06 - 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup
07 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
08 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Chicken Wings

09 - 10 whole bone-in chicken wings, cut into flats and drumettes
10 - 1 tablespoon aluminum-free baking powder
11 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
12 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika
13 - 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
14 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Combine mango, habaneros, garlic, vinegar, lime juice, maple syrup, paprika, and salt in food processor. Blend until completely smooth.
02 - Mix baking powder and seasonings in bowl. Pat wings dry, then toss in seasoning mixture until coated.
03 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Line baking sheet with foil, top with wire rack, and spray with cooking spray.
04 - Arrange wings skin-side up on rack. Bake 20 minutes, flip, bake 10 more minutes. Continue until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
05 - Let wings rest 5 minutes. Toss with 1/3 cup sauce in large bowl. Serve with remaining sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Adjust heat by using seeds from 1-3 habaneros
02 - Can make sauce ahead and refrigerate
03 - Wings must be completely defrosted if frozen
