Heat oven to 400°F. Line 9" springform pan.

Mix crumbs, brown sugar, butter. Press in pan. Bake 10 minutes.

Beat cream cheese and sugar 2 minutes until smooth.

Mix in eggs 30 seconds.

Add cream, sour cream, vanilla.

Add cornstarch, salt. Fold in mangoes.

Pour over crust. Wrap pan in foil.

Place in water bath, bake 15 minutes.

Reduce to 250°F, bake 1 hour more.

Turn off oven, rest 30 minutes.

Open door, rest 30 minutes more.

Cool completely, then chill overnight.
