Loaded Bacon Cheeseburger Alfredo Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 pound ground beef
02 - 8 strips bacon, chopped
03 - 16 ounces fettuccine pasta
04 - 2 cups heavy cream
05 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
06 - 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
07 - 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
08 - Salt, to taste
09 - Pepper, to taste
10 - Chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add 16 ounces of fettuccine and cook until al dente, about 10–12 minutes. Drain and set aside, reserving 1/2 cup of the pasta water in case the sauce needs thinning.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook 8 chopped bacon strips until golden and crispy, about 6–8 minutes. Remove the bacon with a slotted spoon and place it on a paper towel-lined plate. Leave the bacon drippings in the pan for added flavor.
03 - In the same skillet with bacon drippings, add 1 pound of ground beef. Break it apart and cook until browned with no pink remaining, about 6–7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Drain excess grease if necessary, leaving a small amount for flavor.
04 - Reduce heat to medium-low and slowly pour in 2 cups of heavy cream, stirring constantly. Add 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese and 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Stir until the cheeses melt and the sauce is creamy and smooth, about 3–5 minutes.
05 - Toss the cooked fettuccine and 1/2 cup diced tomatoes into the skillet with the sauce. Mix well to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of reserved pasta water to loosen it.
06 - Sprinkle the crispy bacon on top and garnish with freshly chopped parsley. Serve hot.

# Notes:

01 - Reserve pasta water to adjust the sauce consistency if needed.
02 - Allow cheese to melt fully for a smooth and creamy sauce.
