In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Roll into 1.5-inch balls.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.

Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with warm milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.

In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season to taste.

Return meatballs to the skillet and coat with the gravy. Spoon mashed potatoes onto plates and top with meatballs and gravy.
