Juicy Chicken Meatballs with Gravy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Meatballs

01 - 1 lb ground chicken
02 - 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
03 - 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
04 - 1 egg
05 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
07 - 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 tsp black pepper
10 - 1 tbsp olive oil

→ For the Mashed Potatoes

11 - 2 lbs Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and chopped
12 - 1/2 cup milk (warm)
13 - 4 tbsp butter
14 - Salt to taste
15 - Black pepper to taste

→ For the Gravy

16 - 2 tbsp butter
17 - 2 tbsp flour
18 - 2 cups chicken broth
19 - 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
20 - Salt and pepper to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, egg, garlic, onion, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix until just combined. Roll into 1.5-inch balls.
02 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Cook meatballs for 5–6 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
03 - Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender, about 15 minutes. Drain and mash with warm milk, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth.
04 - In the same skillet, melt butter. Whisk in flour and cook for 1–2 minutes until golden. Slowly whisk in chicken broth and Worcestershire sauce. Simmer until thickened, about 5 minutes. Season to taste.
05 - Return meatballs to the skillet and coat with the gravy. Spoon mashed potatoes onto plates and top with meatballs and gravy.
