# Instructions:

01 - Set oven temperature to 200°C and allow it to preheat fully.
02 - Combine raw shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl. Toss until the shrimp are uniformly coated.
03 - Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl until fully emulsified.
04 - Place the seasoned shrimp in a large, deep baking dish. Pour the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.
05 - Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and opaque, taking care not to overcook.
06 - Remove shrimp from oven, spoon pan juices over them, and, if desired, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Use raw shrimp for optimal tenderness; cooking beyond doneness will result in a rubbery texture.
02 - Fresh garlic imparts deeper flavor, but pre-minced garlic can be used for convenience.
03 - Thoroughly clean shrimp with lemon juice and cold water, then pat dry to ensure seasoning adherence.
04 - For extra heat, a pinch of red pepper flakes can be added to the seasoning blend.
05 - This dish complements rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables for a complete meal.
