Combine raw shrimp with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, and onion powder in a large mixing bowl. Toss until the shrimp are uniformly coated.

Whisk together melted butter, olive oil, minced garlic, and lemon juice in a small bowl until fully emulsified.

Place the seasoned shrimp in a large, deep baking dish. Pour the lemon garlic butter mixture evenly over the shrimp.

Transfer the dish to the preheated oven and bake uncovered for 10–15 minutes or until shrimp turn pink and opaque, taking care not to overcook.

Remove shrimp from oven, spoon pan juices over them, and, if desired, garnish with chopped parsley and lemon slices. Serve immediately.
