# Ingredients:

01 - 450 g ground pork
02 - 60 g breadcrumbs
03 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese
04 - 15 g fresh parsley, finely chopped
05 - 1 large egg
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - 1 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 0.5 teaspoon dried oregano
10 - 0.5 teaspoon onion powder

→ Sauce and Topping

11 - 240 ml marinara sauce
12 - 55 g shredded mozzarella cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, thoroughly blend ground pork, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, parsley, egg, garlic, salt, black pepper, oregano, and onion powder until combined, taking care not to overmix.
03 - Form mixture into meatballs roughly 4 cm in diameter and place evenly on the prepared baking sheet.
04 - Transfer baking sheet to the oven and bake meatballs for 20 minutes until cooked through and golden brown.
05 - Remove from oven, spoon marinara sauce evenly over meatballs, and top with shredded mozzarella.
06 - Return meatballs to oven for an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
07 - Let meatballs cool briefly before serving. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
