Easy Jello Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 large egg whites.
02 - ⅛ teaspoons salt.
03 - 3 ½ tablespoons desired flavor of Jello gelatin.
04 - ¾ cup granulated sugar.
05 - 1 tablespoons white vinegar.
06 - Sprinkles or mini chocolate chips optional.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 250°F. Line baking sheet with silicone mat or parchment.
02 - Beat egg whites with salt until frothy.
03 - Add Jello and sugar, beat to stiff peaks. Gently mix in vinegar and optional chips.
04 - Spoon or pipe onto baking sheet. Add optional sprinkles.
05 - Bake 30 minutes. Leave in closed oven 20-30 minutes more after turning off.
06 - Remove and cool completely.
