Italian Almond Orange Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1/3 cup egg whites (about 2 jumbo eggs).
02 - 1 1/4 cups granulated sugar.
03 - Zest of one orange.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 2 1/2 cups almond flour.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
07 - 1/2 cup powdered sugar.

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk egg whites, sugar, orange zest and honey until smooth.
02 - Mix in almond flour and baking powder until combined.
03 - Refrigerate dough 1-24 hours.
04 - Divide dough into 24 pieces, roll into balls, coat in powdered sugar.
05 - Bake at 325°F for 15-17 minutes until crackled and lightly browned.
06 - Let cool on sheet to set crisp exterior and chewy center.
