18 - 170 grams feta cheese
19 - 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
20 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
21 - Black pepper, to taste

→ Garnish

22 - 1 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Season chicken pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear chicken until golden and cooked through, approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
02 - Reduce heat, add minced garlic, then pour in hot honey and balsamic glaze. Simmer until the mixture thickens and generously coats the chicken. Set aside.
03 - Toss halved Brussels sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Arrange cut side down on a baking tray. Roast at 220°C for 20 to 25 minutes until crispy and deeply golden.
04 - Blend feta cheese, Greek yogurt, olive oil, and black pepper in a food processor until smooth and creamy. Refrigerate until serving.
05 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add minced garlic, then stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer. Gradually add Parmesan cheese, stirring until sauce is thickened. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
06 - Spread whipped feta on serving plates. Top with Alfredo sauce and glazed chicken. Add roasted Brussels sprouts and finish with chopped parsley.

# Notes:

01 - For extra crispiness, ensure Brussels sprouts are thoroughly dry before roasting and avoid overcrowding the baking tray.
02 - Add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the hot honey glaze for increased heat.
03 - Prepare whipped feta in advance to streamline final assembly.
