Hot Cheeto Cheese Sticks (Print Version)

Mozzarella sticks with spicy Hot Cheetos coating, air fried until crispy and melty. Served with ranch dressing.

# Ingredients:

01 - 8.5 ounces Hot Cheetos, crushed.
02 - 3/4 cup all-purpose flour.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
04 - 4 large eggs, room temperature.
05 - 1 tablespoon water.
06 - 12 mozzarella string cheese sticks.
07 - Olive oil spray.
08 - Ranch dressing for serving.

# Instructions:

01 - Crush Cheetos into fine crumbs. Set up flour mixture and egg wash.
02 - Dip cheese in egg, flour, egg again, then Cheeto crumbs.
03 - Freeze coated sticks for 50 minutes.
04 - Spray with oil, air fry at 390°F for 5-7 minutes until crispy.

# Notes:

01 - Must freeze before cooking.
02 - Don't overcrowd air fryer.
03 - Serve with ranch dressing.
