# Ingredients:

01 - 4 cups chopped broccoli florets
02 - 1 large Honeycrisp apple, diced
03 - 1/2 cup dried cranberries
04 - 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
05 - 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
06 - 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

→ Dressing

07 - 1/2 cup mayonnaise
08 - 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
09 - 1 tablespoon honey
10 - Salt and pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, diced Honeycrisp apple, dried cranberries, pecans or walnuts, red onion, and shredded cheddar cheese.
02 - In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
