Sheet Pan Honey Lemon Salmon (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1 to 1.25 pounds skin-on salmon fillet
02 - 1 lemon, sliced into thin rounds

→ Sauce

03 - 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
04 - 3 to 4 tablespoons honey
05 - 2 to 3 tablespoons lemon juice

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 teaspoon Morton Kosher Salt
07 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finely chopped (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 375°F and line baking sheet with foil, creating raised edges.
02 - Place salmon skin-side down on foil and arrange lemon slices underneath.
03 - Melt butter, stir in honey and lemon juice. Pour two-thirds over salmon, reserving rest.
04 - Season salmon, seal in foil, and bake for 15 minutes.
05 - Open foil, add remaining sauce, and broil 5-10 minutes until golden.
