Honey-Glazed Roasted Brussels Sprouts (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound fresh Brussels sprouts, trimmed and cut in half.
02 - 2 tablespoons olive oil.
03 - 1 tablespoon pure honey.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.
06 - 6 slices turkey bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces.
07 - 1/4 cup pure maple syrup.
08 - 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard.
09 - 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar.
10 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.

# Instructions:

01 - Turn your oven on to 425°F. This high heat helps get the sprouts crispy.
02 - Mix Brussels sprouts with oil, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl until coated.
03 - Spread seasoned sprouts on one baking sheet and turkey bacon pieces on another.
04 - Put both pans in the oven. Cook about 20-25 minutes until sprouts are golden and bacon is crispy.
05 - While everything cooks, stir maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and pepper flakes in a bowl.
06 - Take everything out of the oven, toss with the glaze while hot, then serve right away.

# Notes:

01 - Pick sprouts that are similar in size for even cooking.
02 - Don't overcrowd the pan or they won't get crispy.
03 - Leftovers stay good in the fridge for 3 days.
