Turn your oven on to 425°F. This high heat helps get the sprouts crispy.

Mix Brussels sprouts with oil, honey, salt and pepper in a bowl until coated.

Spread seasoned sprouts on one baking sheet and turkey bacon pieces on another.

Put both pans in the oven. Cook about 20-25 minutes until sprouts are golden and bacon is crispy.

While everything cooks, stir maple syrup, mustard, vinegar and pepper flakes in a bowl.
