Easy Crockpot Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs.
02 - 4 garlic cloves, minced.
03 - 1/3 cup honey.
04 - 1/2 cup low sodium ketchup.
05 - 1/2 cup low sodium soy sauce.
06 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
07 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley.
08 - 1/2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds.

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange chicken thighs on bottom of slow cooker.
02 - Whisk together garlic, honey, ketchup, soy sauce, oregano and parsley.
03 - Pour sauce over chicken. Cook 4-5 hours on LOW or 3-4 hours on HIGH until 165°F.
04 - For thicker sauce, add cornstarch slurry 30 minutes before end.
05 - Transfer chicken to plate, spoon sauce over top and sprinkle with sesame seeds.

01 - Can use bone-in or boneless chicken.
02 - Cooking times vary by slow cooker.
03 - Can thicken sauce with cornstarch slurry.
