Glazed Roasted Carrots (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 pounds carrots, diagonally cut into 2-3 inch pieces.
02 - 5 tablespoons butter.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 2 tablespoons honey.
05 - 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste.
06 - 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper.
07 - Chopped fresh parsley for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 425°F. Grease baking sheet and cut carrots.
02 - Cook garlic in melted butter 3 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from heat and stir in honey.
03 - Toss carrots with sauce, salt and pepper until well combined.
04 - Spread on baking sheet in single layer. Bake 22-25 minutes until browned and tender.
05 - Adjust seasonings, garnish with parsley and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Cut carrots evenly for uniform cooking.
02 - Can make ahead and reheat.
03 - Baby carrots work but cook faster.
