Honey Butter Garlic Glazed Salmon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ For the Salmon

01 - 1 pound salmon fillets, skin removed, cut into bite-sized pieces
02 - Salt and pepper, to taste

→ For the Glaze

03 - 2 tablespoons butter
04 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 2 tablespoons honey
06 - 1 tablespoon soy sauce
07 - 1 tablespoon lemon juice

→ For Garnish (Optional)

08 - Chopped fresh parsley
09 - Sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Pat the salmon pieces dry with paper towels, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
02 - In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes, or until fragrant but not browned. Stir in the honey, soy sauce, and lemon juice, and cook for another minute, stirring constantly, until the sauce is well combined and slightly thickened.
03 - Add the salmon pieces to the skillet, arranging them in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork. Be careful not to overcook the salmon as it can become dry.
04 - Once the salmon is cooked, spoon the honey butter garlic glaze over the salmon bites in the skillet, tilting the pan to ensure they are well coated. Let the glaze bubble and thicken slightly for about 30 seconds.
05 - Remove the skillet from the heat and transfer the glazed salmon bites to a serving plate. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley and sesame seeds, if desired. Serve immediately with rice, quinoa, or your favorite side dishes.

# Notes:

01 - For added flavor, you can marinate the salmon in the glaze for 15-30 minutes before cooking.
02 - Use center-cut salmon pieces for the most even cooking.
03 - To make sure the salmon doesn't stick to the pan, ensure your skillet is hot before adding the fish.
