Homemade Reuben Bake Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 6 slices rye bread, cubed
02 - 1 lb deli sliced corned beef, chopped
03 - 1 cup Thousand Island dressing
04 - 2 ½ cups shredded Swiss cheese
05 - 2 tablespoons melted butter
06 - 1 (16 oz) can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed
07 - 1 teaspoon caraway seeds (optional)
08 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
02 - Spread the cubed rye bread evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish.
03 - Layer the chopped corned beef over the bread cubes.
04 - Evenly distribute the drained and rinsed sauerkraut over the corned beef.
05 - Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut layer.
06 - Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly on top.
07 - Drizzle the melted butter over the cheese layer. If using, sprinkle the caraway seeds on top.
08 - Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.
09 - Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
10 - Slice and serve warm. Enjoy!
