Preheat your oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.

Spread the cubed rye bread evenly over the bottom of the prepared dish.

Layer the chopped corned beef over the bread cubes.

Evenly distribute the drained and rinsed sauerkraut over the corned beef.

Drizzle the Thousand Island dressing over the sauerkraut layer.

Sprinkle the shredded Swiss cheese evenly on top.

Drizzle the melted butter over the cheese layer. If using, sprinkle the caraway seeds on top.

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly, and the top is golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired.
