Homemade Hamburger Helper Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb lean ground beef
02 - 4 cups water
03 - 1 tbsp onion powder
04 - 1 tbsp garlic powder
05 - 1 tsp salt
06 - 1 tsp pepper
07 - 12 oz egg noodles
08 - 10.5 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup
09 - 2 tbsp butter

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the ground beef into a large sauté pan over medium-high heat. Crumble the beef well as it cooks. Once fully cooked, drain the grease from the pan.
02 - Add the water to the pan with the cooked ground beef. Then add the onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Stir well and bring the mixture to a boil.
03 - Once the liquid is boiling, add the egg noodles to the pan. Spread the noodles out so they are mostly submerged in the liquid. Place a lid on the pan, reduce the heat to medium-low, and cook for 8 minutes, stirring occasionally.
04 - After 8 minutes, remove the lid and stir well. Add the condensed cream of mushroom soup and stir until all noodles are coated. Remove the pan from the heat, add the butter, and stir until melted.
05 - Serve immediately and enjoy.
