# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup frozen mixed berries (190g)
02 - 1 cup milk (236ml)
03 - 1 banana
04 - 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
05 - ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt (120g)

→ Optional Boosters

06 - 1 cup spinach or kale
07 - 1 carrot
08 - 1 tablespoon nut butter
09 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
10 - 1 tablespoon flax seeds
11 - ¼ cup cottage cheese
12 - ¼ block silken tofu

# Instructions:

01 - Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
