01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 120 g onion, chopped
03 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

07 - 820 g green beans, drained (or 4 cups cooked fresh or frozen green beans)

08 - 300 g cream of mushroom soup
09 - 120 ml sour cream
10 - 120 ml milk

→ Cheese and Toppings

11 - 170 g shredded cheddar cheese
12 - 50 g French fried onions or breadcrumbs (optional topping)

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain any excess fat.
03 - Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sauté for 1 minute to release the fragrances.
04 - Stir in the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix until fully combined.
05 - Fold in 120 g of the shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until evenly distributed.
06 - Pour the mixture into a greased 33 x 23 cm baking dish, spreading it evenly.
07 - Sprinkle the remaining 50 g cheddar cheese over the top. Optionally, add a layer of French fried onions or breadcrumbs for additional texture.
08 - Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbling and the topping is golden.
