In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and chopped onion until the beef is browned and onions are tender. Drain any excess fat.

Add minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Sauté for 1 minute to release the fragrances.

Stir in the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, sour cream, and milk. Mix until fully combined.

Fold in 120 g of the shredded cheddar cheese. Blend until evenly distributed.

Pour the mixture into a greased 33 x 23 cm baking dish, spreading it evenly.

Sprinkle the remaining 50 g cheddar cheese over the top. Optionally, add a layer of French fried onions or breadcrumbs for additional texture.
