Ham Bacon Cheesy Potatoes (Print Version)

01 - 2 lb frozen diced potatoes, thawed
02 - 16 oz container sour cream
03 - 10.5 oz can cream of chicken soup
04 - 4 Tbs butter, melted
05 - Salt to taste
06 - Pepper to taste
07 - 1/2 tsp garlic powder
08 - 1/2 tsp onion powder
09 - 1 tsp minced onion
10 - 2 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
11 - 1 cup diced ham
12 - 1/2 cup crumbled cooked bacon
13 - 1/3 cup chopped green onions

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray a 9"x13" baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
02 - In a large bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup, sour cream, melted butter, salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and minced onion until smooth.
03 - Add the thawed diced potatoes, shredded cheddar cheese, diced ham, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions to the bowl, and toss until all ingredients are well coated.
04 - Transfer the mixture to the prepared baking dish and spread it evenly.
05 - Bake the mixture uncovered in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.
06 - Remove the dish from the oven, sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top, and return it to the oven to bake for an additional 10 minutes.
