04 - 5 tablespoons butter, softened
05 - 3 tablespoons parmesan cheese, freshly grated
06 - ¼ teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 small tomato, sliced (optional)

03 - Toast in nonstick skillet over low heat until cheese melts and bread is golden, about 5-6 minutes per side, flipping once.
04 - While sandwich cooks, mix mayo, vinegar, seasonings, and parmesan in large bowl.
05 - Toss lettuce, red onions, and banana peppers with the dressing.
06 - Place grilled sandwich on plate, open it up, and add grinder salad and optional tomato slices. Close sandwich, slice, and serve immediately.
