Crumble cake, mix with frosting gradually until moldable.

Roll into tablespoon-sized balls. Chill 10 minutes in freezer or 30 in fridge.

Melt candy melts with shortening in microwave in 30-second intervals.

Insert sticks dipped in coating into chilled balls. Freeze 10-15 minutes.

Coat each pop in melted candy. Tap to remove excess. Stand upright to set.
