Season salmon fillets and shrimp with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.

Heat grill or grill pan over medium heat. Drizzle olive oil on salmon and grill for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until fully cooked.

Grill shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and cooked through. Set both aside.
