In a small bowl, combine the melted unsalted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly and set aside.

Heat the grill to medium-high. Lightly oil the grates to prevent lobster from sticking.

Using a sharp knife, split the lobsters in half lengthwise to expose the meat. Remove and discard the tomalley if preferred.

Place lobsters flesh-side down on the hot grill. Cook for 4–5 minutes to achieve light grill marks.

Flip lobsters shell-side down. Brush generously with the garlic butter. Grill for another 4–6 minutes, or until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

Remove lobsters from the grill. Drizzle with additional garlic butter and garnish with extra parsley and lemon wedges before serving.
