German Chocolate Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips.
02 - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk.
03 - 1/4 cup butter.
04 - 1 cup milk chocolate chips.
05 - 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk.
06 - 1/4 tsp vanilla extract.
07 - 1/2 cup evaporated milk.
08 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
09 - 1/4 cup butter.
10 - 1 large egg yolk, beaten.
11 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
12 - 3/4 cup sweetened shredded coconut.
13 - 3/4 cup chopped pecans.

# Instructions:

01 - Mix and microwave fudge layer ingredients until smooth.
02 - Spread in lined pan, refrigerate.
03 - Microwave chocolate layer ingredients until smooth.
04 - Pour over set fudge layer, refrigerate.
05 - Cook topping ingredients until thickened.
06 - Add coconut and pecans to topping.
07 - Spread topping over chilled layers.
08 - Refrigerate 2 hours until set.
09 - Cut into squares.

# Notes:

01 - Can toast pecans for extra flavor.
02 - Keeps in fridge for 1 week.
03 - Chill extra hour for firmer topping.
