Garlic Parmesan Wings (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken Wings

01 - 4 pounds chicken wings (party pack, drumettes, flats, etc.)
02 - 2 tablespoons dry ranch seasoning
03 - 2 tablespoons cajun seasoning or Sazon Goya Culantro y Achiote
04 - 2 tablespoons corn starch
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder

→ Garlic Parmesan Sauce

06 - 6 tablespoons salted butter
07 - 8 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1-2 teaspoons hot sauce
09 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
10 - ½ cup grated parmesan
11 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, minced

# Instructions:

01 - Thoroughly clean wings by soaking in equal parts vinegar and water for 1-2 hours in refrigerator. Rinse well and trim any unwanted parts or feathers.
02 - Pat wings very dry for maximum crispiness. Season liberally on all sides with ranch seasoning and cajun seasoning. Add salt and pepper if needed based on seasonings used.
03 - Combine cornstarch and baking powder in a bowl. Sprinkle over chicken, tossing to evenly coat all pieces.
04 - Set air fryer to broil setting on high. Broil wings for 4 minutes. Switch to air fry setting at 400°F for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
05 - While wings cook, prepare garlic parmesan sauce in large bowl. Combine butter and garlic, microwave until butter is softened and partially melted. Mix in remaining ingredients until a soft paste forms.
06 - Add hot, crispy wings directly from air fryer into bowl with butter sauce. Toss well with tongs or by shaking bowl. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Cleaning step can be skipped if short on time
02 - Drying wings thoroughly is crucial for crispiness
03 - Reheat leftovers in air fryer on foil for easier cleanup
