Chicken Skewers Recipe (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound salted butter, softened.
02 - 5 cloves garlic, grated.
03 - ½ cup finely grated parmesan cheese.
04 - 1 lemon, zest and juice.
05 - 1 teaspoon salt.
06 - 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
07 - ¼ cup fresh parsley, finely chopped.
08 - 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 2-inch strips.
09 - 2 teaspoons salt.
10 - ½ teaspoon black pepper.

# Instructions:

01 - Melt butter in a medium bowl. Mix in grated garlic, parmesan cheese, lemon zest, juice, salt, and red pepper flakes.
02 - Trim wooden skewers to fit air fryer. Thread 6-7 pieces of chicken thigh onto each skewer.
03 - Season chicken with salt and pepper. Brush all sides with parmesan butter.
04 - Air fry at 350F for 15 minutes total, basting with butter sauce every 5 minutes.
05 - Pour collected butter sauce over chicken. Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.

# Notes:

01 - Use poultry shears to trim wooden skewers.
02 - Metal skewers can be used if they fit the air fryer.
03 - Can be made without skewers as nuggets, but cooking time may vary.
