# Ingredients:

→ Meatloaf

01 - 2 lbs ground chicken
02 - 1 cup grated Parmesan
03 - ½ cup panko breadcrumbs
04 - 2 large eggs
05 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - ½ tsp dried basil
09 - ½ tsp dried parsley
10 - ½ tsp salt
11 - ½ tsp black pepper
12 - ¼ cup whole milk

→ Glaze

13 - Butter, melted
14 - Garlic, minced
15 - Parmesan, grated
16 - Parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - In a large bowl, mix ground chicken, Parmesan, breadcrumbs, eggs, garlic, garlic powder, onion powder, dried basil, dried parsley, salt, pepper, and milk until combined.
02 - Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place on a baking sheet or in a loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for 40–45 minutes.
03 - While the meatloaf bakes, combine melted butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan, and chopped parsley to create a glaze.
04 - Brush the glaze over the meatloaf and return to the oven for an additional 5–7 minutes.
05 - Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing and serving.
