→ Vegetables and Aromatics

03 - 1 small onion, finely diced
04 - 2 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley

→ Seasonings

06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 0.5 teaspoon salt
08 - 0.5 teaspoon black pepper

→ Pantry and Baking

09 - 1 can (450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough
10 - 4 tablespoons (60 g) unsalted butter, melted
11 - 25 g grated Parmesan cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease.
02 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion softened. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat to cool slightly.
03 - Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a 10–12 cm circle.
04 - Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough circle and top with shredded cheddar. Pull edges over filling and pinch to seal, forming a tight ball. Arrange seam-side down on the prepared tray.
05 - Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.
06 - Brush each filled dough ball with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.
07 - Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.
08 - Allow to cool briefly before serving warm, with preferred dipping sauces if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the dough edges are well sealed to prevent filling from escaping during baking.
02 - Serve with ketchup, ranch dressing, or extra garlic butter for dipping.
