Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper or lightly grease.

In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and diced onion until beef is browned and onion softened. Drain excess fat. Stir in garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Remove from heat to cool slightly.

Flatten each piece of biscuit dough into a 10–12 cm circle.

Place a spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough circle and top with shredded cheddar. Pull edges over filling and pinch to seal, forming a tight ball. Arrange seam-side down on the prepared tray.

Combine melted butter, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl.

Brush each filled dough ball with the garlic butter mixture. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese over the top.

Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown and thoroughly cooked.

Allow to cool briefly before serving warm, with preferred dipping sauces if desired.
