Garlic Butter Tilapia (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 tilapia fillets.
02 - Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano.
06 - 4 tablespoons butter, melted.
07 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
08 - 2 tablespoons lemon juice.
09 - 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest.
10 - 1 lemon, sliced into rounds, for garnish.
11 - Red pepper flakes, for garnish.
12 - Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 400°F.
02 - Season tilapia with salt, pepper, paprika, thyme, and oregano. Place in 9x13 baking dish.
03 - Mix melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, and lemon zest in a bowl. Pour over fish.
04 - Bake for 10-12 minutes until fish flakes easily with a fork.
05 - Garnish with red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, and lemon slices before serving.
