Quick Garlic Steak Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 1½ pounds sirloin steak (or strip loin, tenderloin, strip steak, rib eye), cut into bite-size pieces
02 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
03 - ½ teaspoon salt, or to taste
04 - ½ teaspoon pepper, or to taste

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

05 - 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
06 - 4 cloves garlic, minced
07 - ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped

# Instructions:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over high heat until hot. Add steak pieces and season generously with salt and pepper.
02 - Let steak cook undisturbed for 2 minutes to develop a good sear. Continue cooking for another 2 minutes until golden brown. Work in batches if needed to avoid overcrowding.
03 - Transfer steak to a plate. In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium and add butter. Once melted, add garlic and red pepper flakes. Cook for 30 seconds until garlic is fragrant and lightly browned.
04 - Pour garlic butter over steak bites and toss well to coat. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Pat steak dry before cutting for better browning
02 - Cook in batches if needed to ensure proper searing
03 - Let steak rest briefly before serving to retain juices
04 - Leftovers keep for up to 3 days in the refrigerator
