# Ingredients:

01 - 4 salmon fillets (170 g each)
02 - 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened
03 - 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
04 - 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
05 - 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
06 - Salt, to taste
07 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 200°C or prepare grill over medium heat. Pat dry salmon fillets with paper towels and season both sides with salt and black pepper.
02 - In a small bowl, combine softened butter, minced garlic, and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Mix until well blended.
03 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Place salmon fillets skin-side down and cook undisturbed for approximately 4 minutes until golden brown.
04 - Gently flip salmon fillets. Pour garlic butter mixture evenly over the fillets and continue cooking for 4 minutes or until just cooked through.
05 - Transfer salmon to serving plates and garnish with chopped fresh parsley before serving.
