                Heat oven to 425°F.

                Cut shells lengthwise, pull meat up keeping attached at base.

                Season with salt, pepper, and some melted butter.

                Bake 8-10 minutes until meat is opaque.

                Melt remaining butter in skillet. Sauté garlic 1 minute.

                Add cream and Parmesan. Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.

                Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.

                Pour sauce over lobster tails.

                Garnish with parsley and serve.
