Garlic Butter Lobster (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 4 lobster tails.
02 - 4 tbsp butter, divided.
03 - 4 cloves garlic, minced.
04 - 1 1/2 cups heavy cream.
05 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
06 - 1 tbsp lemon juice.
07 - 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped.
08 - Salt and pepper to taste.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 425°F.
02 - Cut shells lengthwise, pull meat up keeping attached at base.
03 - Season with salt, pepper, and some melted butter.
04 - Bake 8-10 minutes until meat is opaque.
05 - Melt remaining butter in skillet. Sauté garlic 1 minute.
06 - Add cream and Parmesan. Simmer 3-4 minutes until thickened.
07 - Add lemon juice, salt and pepper.
08 - Pour sauce over lobster tails.
09 - Garnish with parsley and serve.

# Notes:

01 - Meat should be firm and opaque when done.
02 - Keep sauce at gentle simmer to prevent breaking.
03 - Best served immediately.
04 - Can use thawed frozen tails.
