Garlic Butter Bacon Rollups (Print Version)

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - 6–8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
03 - 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
04 - 1 can crescent roll or pizza dough
05 - 2 tbsp butter
06 - 2 garlic cloves, minced
07 - Salt
08 - Black pepper
09 - Optional: jalapeños, pickles, onions, parsley

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef with salt and black pepper. Stir in the cooked bacon and let the mixture cool slightly.
02 - Roll out dough into a rectangle approximately 9x13 inches, leaving edges clean for sealing.
03 - Spread the beef and bacon mixture over the dough. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese evenly. Roll up the dough tightly with the seam-side down.
04 - Slice the rolled dough into 1 to 1½-inch rounds. Place on a parchment-lined baking tray, seam-side down.
05 - Melt butter and mix with minced garlic and parsley. Brush the tops of the rolls generously with the mixture.
06 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake the rollups for 15–18 minutes until golden and bubbly.
07 - Let the rollups cool for 5 minutes and serve warm with dipping sauces of choice.

01 - Make ahead and refrigerate before baking for easy preparation.
02 - Freeze baked rollups and reheat in an oven or air fryer for convenience.
