Funfetti Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 3/4 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 3/4 cup brown sugar, packed.
04 - 2 large eggs.
05 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
06 - 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1 tsp baking soda.
08 - 1/2 tsp salt.
09 - 1/2 cup rainbow sprinkles.
10 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened.
11 - 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
12 - 1 tsp vanilla extract.
13 - 1/4 cup rainbow sprinkles.

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 350°F.
02 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla until smooth.
03 - Fold in sprinkles for filling, set aside.
04 - Cream butter and sugars until fluffy.
05 - Add eggs one at a time, then vanilla.
06 - Mix flour, baking soda, salt separately.
07 - Combine wet and dry ingredients.
08 - Fold in sprinkles for dough.
09 - Wrap dough around filling portions.
10 - Place on lined sheets.
11 - Bake 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
12 - Cool 5 minutes on sheets then transfer to rack.
