Fruity Pebbles Cheesecake (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup Nilla Wafer crumbs.
02 - 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal.
03 - ½ cup unsalted butter, melted.
04 - 1½ cups plus 2 tablespoons heavy cream.
05 - ¾ cup powdered sugar.
06 - 2 cups Fruity Pebbles cereal.
07 - 16 ounces cream cheese.
08 - ½ cup granulated sugar.
09 - ¾ cup heavy cream for topping.
10 - ½ cup Fruity Pebbles for topping.
11 - 2 tablespoons powdered sugar for topping.

# Instructions:

01 - Grind cookies and cereal, mix with melted butter. Press into springform pan.
02 - Grind cereal. Make whipped cream with 1½ cups cream and powdered sugar.
03 - Beat cream cheese with sugar. Fold in whipped cream and crushed cereal.
04 - Pour into crust, refrigerate minimum 4 hours.
05 - Make whipped cream with remaining ingredients for decoration.

# Notes:

01 - Can use graham crackers instead of Nilla Wafers.
02 - Keeps 3 days refrigerated.
03 - Can freeze up to one month.
