Fried Cabbage Shrimp Sausage (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 5 slices bacon
02 - 1/2 cup yellow onions, diced
03 - 3 cups chopped cabbage
04 - 10-12 shrimp, peeled and deveined
05 - 1 link kielbasa or smoked sausage, sliced

→ Seasonings and Cooking Ingredients

06 - 1 tablespoon olive oil
07 - 1 teaspoon seafood seasoning
08 - 1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
09 - 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
10 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
11 - 1/2 teaspoon oregano
12 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
13 - Pinch of crushed red pepper
14 - 2 tablespoons butter
15 - 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar

# Instructions:

01 - Coat shrimp with olive oil and seafood seasoning. Set aside.
02 - Cook chopped bacon in a skillet until crispy. Remove bacon, leaving the grease in the pan.
03 - Add sliced sausage to the skillet and brown on both sides. Remove from the skillet.
04 - Cook shrimp in the skillet for 3 minutes per side until pink and curled. Set aside.
05 - Melt 1 tablespoon butter in the skillet. Add onions, smoked paprika, oregano, salt, pepper, and crushed red pepper. Cook for 5-6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add garlic and cook for another minute.
06 - Add the second tablespoon of butter and apple cider vinegar to the skillet. Stir in chopped cabbage and cook for 12 minutes until tender.
07 - Stir the bacon, shrimp, and sausage into the skillet with the cabbage. Cook for 2-3 minutes to combine flavors. Serve hot.
