Flora Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 cup unsalted butter, softened.
02 - 1/2 cup granulated sugar.
03 - 1 large egg.
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.
05 - 1 teaspoon orange zest.
06 - 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
09 - Powdered sugar for dusting.

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 350°F. Line baking sheet with parchment.
02 - Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add egg, vanilla, zest.
03 - Mix flour, salt, baking powder. Combine with wet ingredients.
04 - Roll dough into balls, place on sheet.
05 - Cook 10-12 minutes until edges golden.
06 - Cool completely. Dust with powdered sugar if desired.

02 - Keeps 1 week in container.
03 - Freezes up to 3 months.
