Easy Zuppa Toscana Soup (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meats

01 - 5 strips thick-cut bacon
02 - 1 pound Italian sausage

→ Vegetables

03 - 1 medium onion, chopped
04 - 5 cloves garlic, minced
05 - 4 large red potatoes, diced
06 - 1 small bunch kale

→ Liquids & Seasonings

07 - 2 cups chicken broth
08 - 4 cups water
09 - 1 cup heavy cream
10 - 1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning

# Instructions:

01 - Cook bacon 5 minutes, add sausage and brown until crispy, about 15 minutes.
02 - Cook onions and garlic in meat drippings 2-3 minutes.
03 - Add broth, water, potatoes, and seasonings. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
04 - Stir in cream and kale, cook 5 minutes until kale wilts.
