Easy Korean Beef Bowl (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Sauce

01 - ¼ cup brown sugar, packed
02 - ¼ cup reduced sodium soy sauce
03 - 2 teaspoons sesame oil
04 - ½ teaspoon crushed red-pepper flakes
05 - ¼ teaspoon ground ginger

→ Main

06 - 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
07 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
08 - 1 pound ground beef

→ Garnish

09 - 2 green onions, thinly sliced
10 - ¼ teaspoon sesame seeds

# Instructions:

01 - Whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes and ginger.
02 - Sauté garlic in oil until fragrant. Add beef, cook until browned 3-5 minutes. Drain fat.
03 - Add sauce mixture and green onions. Simmer until heated through, about 2 minutes.
04 - Garnish with additional green onion and sesame seeds.
