Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - 1 lb ground beef
02 - Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder
03 - 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
04 - 1 cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella
05 - Optional: bacon, pickles, caramelized onions

→ Dough

06 - 1 tube refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough (cut into 8–12 circles, flattened)

→ Topping

07 - 2 tbsp melted butter
08 - 1 tsp minced garlic or garlic powder
09 - 2 tbsp grated Parmesan
10 - Chopped parsley (optional)

# Instructions:

01 - Cook ground beef in a skillet and drain the fat. Add salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Cool the mixture, then stir in shredded cheese.
02 - Flatten the dough circles and add 1–2 tablespoons of filling to the center. Pinch the edges to seal and roll into balls.
03 - Place the balls seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Brush each with melted garlic butter and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
04 - Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Bake for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
05 - Brush with additional garlic butter and top with chopped parsley before serving. Serve warm with dipping sauces like ranch, aioli, or spicy mayo.
