# Instructions:

03 - Using a sharp knife, cut a slit down the center of each salmon fillet to create a pocket, being careful not to cut all the way through.
04 - Stuff each fillet generously with the seafood mixture.
05 - Place the stuffed salmon on the prepared baking sheet. Brush the tops lightly with olive oil.
06 - Bake for 18–20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
07 - Optional: Broil for 1–2 minutes at the end to brown the top slightly.
08 - Serve warm with lemon wedges or a side salad.

# Notes:

01 - Using softened cream cheese ensures the filling is smooth and easy to mix.
02 - Broiling at the end adds an extra golden brown finish to the dish.
