Cheesy Sloppy Cheeseburger Pasta (Print Version)

01 - 450 g ground beef
02 - 1 small onion, finely diced
03 - 3 cloves garlic, minced
04 - 200 g uncooked pasta (penne, rotini, or elbow)
05 - 480 ml beef broth
06 - 425 g tomato sauce
07 - 15 ml Worcestershire sauce
08 - 15 ml mustard
09 - 15 ml ketchup
10 - 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
11 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
12 - Salt, to taste
13 - Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
14 - 200 g shredded cheddar cheese
15 - 240 ml heavy cream
16 - Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - Heat a large skillet over medium heat. Add ground beef and cook until browned, breaking up the meat with a spoon. Drain excess fat if necessary.
02 - Add diced onion and minced garlic to the skillet. Sauté for 3 to 4 minutes until the onion turns soft and translucent.
03 - Stir in uncooked pasta, beef broth, tomato sauce, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, smoked paprika, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
04 - Bring the contents to a boil, then reduce the heat to low. Cover and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the pasta absorbs most of the liquid and is just tender.
05 - Fold in heavy cream and shredded cheddar cheese. Stir over low heat until the cheese melts and the mixture becomes creamy, about 2 to 3 minutes.
06 - Remove from heat. Sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley and serve hot.

01 - For best results, allow the dish to rest a few minutes after removing from heat to enhance flavor melding.
