# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 400°F. Spray a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray.
02 - Heat butter in Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Cook onion and broccoli until softened, 4-5 minutes.
03 - Add flour and cook 1 minute. Gradually whisk in milk. Add seasonings and bring to boil for 1 minute.
